We reserve the right to share information we have collected under this policy with corporate affiliates, in connection with a sale or purchase of business assets, where necessary to protect Deka Lash and/or its affiliates, or as required by law.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices
If you would like to correct the information provided to us, including your address and telephone number, please contact us at crockettrow@dekalash.com. As stated above, we may share personal information, such as your name and email address, with franchisees in our system. The franchisee may use the information to send you commercial messages and promotions relating to Deka Lash. Other than franchisees, we do not share your personal information with any third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

If you no longer wish to receive personalized advertising from us, you may opt-out by:

• Noting your preferences at the time you register your account with the Site or our mobile application.

Mobile Application Information
If you choose to connect with our mobile application, please note the following:

We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to access certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's social media accounts, reminders, alerts, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

Mobile Device Data
We may collect device information, such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer, operating system, version information, and IP address.

Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

Children
We do not knowingly collect information about children under 16 years of age.

Only you, or a person authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. However, you may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. We will be unable to respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request will not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

You may make a verifiable consumer request up to two times within a twelve-month period, without charge. We will make an effort to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will notify you of the reason and estimated time extension. We will deliver our response electronically or by mail, if requested. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve-month period preceding the receipt. The response we provide will also explain any reasons we cannot comply with a request, in full or in part, if applicable.

We will not, in any way, discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

• Deny you goods or services;
• Charge you a different rate or price on goods or services;
